Grounding Movement Practice for Adults
I implore you to challenge what you know about your bodies natural alignment. Pulling from my extensive background in Modern, Ballet, andContemporary dance forms and Somatic practices used throughout my career, this class is designed to enhance a sense of groundedness within your body. Paired seamlessly with any yoga, pilates, or dance fitness classes you may be taking – we will examine how best to create a sense of mastery within our movement. The aim is to create ease and flow in movement and to fine tune our body awareness so that you can understandwhere you are initiating from and where you may need to switch things up in order to release tension. We will focus on understanding how our bodies are stacked and how we can create a sense of breath throughout the body.
